World Cup 2010 Updates Quarterfinals Predictions: Netherlands and Ghana Team to Watch Out

April 12, 2015 by · 3 Comments

The World Cup 2010 Quarterfinals starts today with Netherlands vs Brazil and Uruguay vs Ghana. It will be a football royal rumble as each team tries to get a slot on the semifinals to be held on July 6 and 7.

I am picking Netherlands as the winner of the first match at 10:00 EDT at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, Port Elizabeth. Netherlands would win this game probably in penalty shootout or in regulation time. Predicted score is 2-1, Netherlands.

For the second match at 14:30 EDT at Soccer City, Johannesburg I am giving the game to Ghana. Ghana had so much passion to win since they are representing the whole African continent. Their game against USA was indeed a showcase of what they can do. The score 1-0 for Ghana.

This only gives us the chance to actually watch the match later today and wait for how things would shape up. Tell us your own predictions and the reason why. Then let’s compare.

Good luck to all the teams!
