Utah Utes was undefeated until last week when they were badly beaten by then number 3 TCU, 47-7. It was a game which had been very lopsided and the only touchdown the Utes managed to get was 11:12 on the fourth quarter from Matt Asiata 19 yard pass from Jordan Wynn. All the time it was TCU who was making the offensive strike. Today, the Utes wants to strike back and it seems that Notre Dame Fighting Irish will be the victim of the revenge of Utah.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish was not a very strong team during this season. Their last game against Tulsa seems to be a giveaway game, as the Tulsa defeated them 28-27. Today they will be having a new quarterback through freshman Tommy Rees who will be replacing Quarterback Dayne Crist. Crist suffered a season-ending knee injury during last weeks loss to Tulsa.

The Utah Utes have everything in their side in this game against the Fighting Irish. The last time their opponent has won against a ranked team was when they defeated then number 19 Penn State 41-17 on Sept. 9, 2006. After that Notre Dame has lost 11 consecutive games to ranked opponents.

Can Notre Dame make a crucial win tonight and snap out of their losing streak. They are 55-11-1 against opponents making their first trip to Notre Dame Stadium and have won 28 of 35 after an off-week since 1984.

Let us take a look on the possibility of an end to the Notre Dame dynasty as we await the game update of the Utah vs Notre Dame NCAA football game.
