Updated Dancing with the Stars 2010: Tony Dovolani tells Kate Gosselin “I Quit!” Video
It seems that the pair of Kate Gosselin and Toni Dovolani is having a hard time getting along with each other. They don’t jive at all. Here is a statement from Tony, “I don’t like speaking when I am upset, and I don’t ever want to bring back words that I don’t mean, and ‘I quit’ I guess was one of them,” he told Entertainment Tonight after their rehearsal for last Monday’s show. Why did Tony said “I Quit”? There must be a problem going on with Kate being a partner.
There has been a footage aired in the show showing each of the pairs rehearsals wherein Gosselin is criticizing Dovolani’s teaching styles during rehearsals. “He feels like I undermine him as a teacher”, she said. “I love how you teach, but you’re not taking into consideration how I learn.” she told Dovolani. After these statements, Dovolani outraged, ramped off leaving Kate in tears. “I’ve had a lot of people quit on me in life”. She must have been referring to ex-husband Jon who also left him.
Upon seeing the clip, Kate said that she’s fine. “I don’t mind the reality part of it,” she explained. “The reality is, it is very, very tough. I am not a dancer. I’ve said it a million times, and it is so true in that sense of that word – I am not a dancer. So, for me to even be out there … Ok, so I forgot half my steps? The fact that I didn’t fall is truly amazing.”
Her positive aura didn’t seem to reflect in her dance and got a score of 15 and judge Bruno Tonioli called her a “Nightmare”. All throughout the show the pair didn’t sit together except when there is a camera. After the show, Kate hugged Tony and said ” I’m so sorry”. It has been so evident in her face that is indeed unhappy.
