UCF vs Kansas State NCAA Football Scores and Match Highlights – The undefeated Kansas State continued to be undefeated as they get past the UCF on Saturday’s game, 17-13.  Carson Coffman’s seven-yard touchdown run in the final minute of regulation gave them the much needed win.

UCF proved to indeed be a match for Kansas City State as they held off any breakaway by the nations second-leading rusher. UCF Knights rank 15th in the nation in total defense this season.

The UCF this season holds the record for outscoring opponents 35-0 in the fourth quarter, marking the first time in the FBS era (since 1996) that the Knights have held teams scoreless in the final quarter through the first three games of a season.

Kansas State University football team is faced with its first real match and threat this season. In the past three games of the season, eight Knights have collected at least 10 tackles, led by Lawrence Young who has 18. But in all the Black and Gold has racked up eight sacks and 23 tackles for loss, highlighted by Darius Nall who has three sacks and four TFLs.

In fact the UCF Knight led during the first half of the game 7-0. Kansas State was only able to score late in the third quarter when Josh Cherry connected on a 27-yard field goal. However, if not for its last play they will suffer their first defeat.

The play will easily be remembered as one of the best, as the offense marched 67 yards on 13 plays. The drive lead to the touchdown run by Coffman, which kept the Wildcats flawless on the year.
