December 19, 2014 by · 2 Comments

The much anticipated latest version of the Ubuntu 10.04 Operating System is finally here. It was first announced at the Atlanta Linux Fest by Shuttleworth last September 19, 2009. It includes the Linux kernel 2.6.32 and improved support for Nvidia proprietary graphics drivers, while switching to the open source Nvidia graphics driver, nouveau, by default. It also features a new theme, including new logos. Unbuntu is based on Debian GNU/Linux and it is known to be free.

It’s new style of 10.04 version has been inspired by the beauty and art of light. For Ubuntu, if you speak of LIGHT, it implies speed, efficiency and convenience. Visually, light is beautiful, light is ethereal, light brings clarity and comfort. If you were able to install the latest version in your PC, please feel free to post all your reviews in out comment box.
