Tiger Woods Will Speak in Press Conference Today Before His Return to Masters Golf Tournament 2010

Number 1 golfer Tiger Woods is slated to speak in a press conference at 2 pm Eastern Time at Augusta after announcing last week that he will begin his 2010 professional golf career at the Masters Golf Tournament 2010.

In his previous speech last March 16, Tiger Woods apologized to the public concerning the issues between him and his wife Elin Nordegren due to the various alleged mistresses that came out which pulled his career down.

In that press conference, he mentioned about his return to professional golf saying: “The Masters is where I won my first major and I view this tournament with great respect. After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I’m ready to start my season at Augusta.”

Tiger Woods arrived early today on the new practice tee at Augusta. Making his highly anticipated return to competitive golf, Tiger Woods was greeted warmly with ovations and cheers of encouragement as he made his way around the Augusta National Golf Club.
