Taylor Lautner Wins Suit Over RV
We may have prematurely snickered and raised our eyebrows at his “primadonna” of sorts way of demanding his own fancy movie-set trailer but it turns out Taylor Lautner was right after all.
Lautner, the other Twilight celeb, reached a settlement of $40,000 with McMahon’s RV last Friday, after a dispute arose over the latter’s failure to deliver said trailer earlier this summer.
Being the generous celebrity that he is, he donated his cash winnings to a worthy cause, of course.
According to Lautner’s attorney, Robert Barta, “McMahon’s RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon’s RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children’s charity with which he has a long-standing relationship.”
The Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization that brings the box-office hits to hospital rooms, so children with chronic or life-threatening illnesses can enjoy the movies that they normally would not be able to see.Follow us on Twitter to get free up-to-date news via tweets from the World Correspondents, or you can subscribe to us by entering your e-mail below.
