NFL Week 10 is almost over and the results are now final except for the final game later today. Monday Night Football will feature Philadelphia Eagles vs Washington Redskins at 8:30pm Eastern on ESPN.

This week the Buffalo Bills finally made their first ever win and it came at the expense of the Detroit Lions. The win nearly escaped the Buffalo Bills once again but I suppose the team had learned a lot from their previous games. Now they have guarded their lead well but luckily the Lions did not manage enough offensive to make a comeback on the last quarter. The Lions made a last ditch effort in the fourth quarter scoring 9-0 but in the end the Bills prevailed, 14-12.

Houston Texans are suffering from a late season glitch and they lost once again. The Jacksonville Jaguars outscored the Texans in the second and fourth quarter while the Texans managed to outscore them on the third. Maurice Jones of the Jaguars made two touchdowns in the second quarter to lead the scoring at 14-0. Houston Texans drops to 4-5 while Jacksonville Jaguars improves to 5-4. The final game score 31-24.

Meanwhile, the Dallas Cowboys surprised the New York Giants when they defeated them, 33-20. The defense of the Cowboys worked against the Giants and they never outscored the Cowboys in any quarter in fact during the last quarter no one was able to score. Looking at the scoring of the Dallas Cowboys nobody dominated the touchdowns, the scoring was well distributed. The Giants now drops to 6-3.

The Arizona Cardinals still fails to get their rhythm going as they suffer their fourth successive defeat in the hands of the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks outscored them in all quarters as they win 36-18.

Colts vs Giants 2010 Score and Highlights

Indianapolis Colts vs New York Giants Score and Highlights – The New York Giants seems to lose their touch in their recent game against the Indianapolis Colts. Payton Manning led the Indianapolis Colts to its first victory this season. The Colts where defeated by the Texans during their game opener.

Peyton scored a throw for three touchdowns during the game. There were two Mannings in this game and each playing for a different team. Peyton and Eli each shared a Super Bowl victory.

In 2006 during the irst meeting of sibling NFL quarterbacks, Peyton’s Colts won 26-21 at the Meadowlands. Five months later, he guided Indy to the Super Bowl title. Then, in 2007 it was Eli’s time to lead the Giants to one of the NFL’s biggest upsets over undefeated New England.

The first meeting of the Colts and the Giants during the NFL 2010-2011 season was somewhat not the game that everyone expected. It was very lopsided and the Giants seems lost.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. San Diego Chargers NFL Scores and Highlights – The debut game for rookie Dexter McCluster’ will surely be memorable as the Kansas City Chiefs scored a win for its NFL 2010 season opening game, 21-14.

The win on a Monday Night Football Game ended a three-year period that was one of the darkest in the history of the Kansas City Chiefs. Who would not be happy when you defeated the four-time defending AFC West champions.

San Diego Chargers’ quarterback, Philip Rivers may have thoroughly outplayed Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback Matt Cassel but the overall team play of the Chiefs made the difference. There would be plenty of time for the Chargers to rethink and plan for the next game. Congratulations to Kansas City Chiefs!

Detroit Lions vs. Chicago Bears Highlights: NFL Week 1 Controversial Game

Detroit Lions vs. Chicago Bears Highlights: NFL Week 1 Controversial Game – Week 1 of the National Football League (NFL) would be memorable for both the Lions and the Bears. They start off the season with a controversial game which the Lions almost defeated the Bears, 20-19. The touchdown by Calvin Johnson with 35 seconds to go on the fourth quarter was ruled as incomplete thus the Bears win, 19-14.

What could have bean the Detroit Lions’s first road win in three years ended up in another defeat. The referees scored it as a touchdown but upon review it was ruled as an Incomplete Pass. Johnson received a 372 yards throw from Jay Cutler.

Lions coach Jim Schwartz agreed with officials on the ruling on Johnson saying, “The rule is if you’re going to the ground in the process of making the catch you need to finish with the football. He didn’t finish with the football. He was (aware) he was trying to come down with it, he had one hand to keep it away from the other guy, he is trying to get his feet down and go to a knee it wasn’t like he was trying to flip it to the official or anything. That’s what it is.”

The greater worry for the Lions however was their quarterback Matthew Stafford. Stafford suffered a shoulder injury at the end of the first half. His injury was caused by a blindside sack by Julius Peppers.

Detroit Lions suffered their 21st straight road loss since a win at Soldier Field in October 2007. The Lions also holds a league-record 30 losses over the previous two seasons.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Houston Texans: NFL 2010 Results and Highlights

NFL 2010 Results and Highlights: Indianapolis Colts vs. Houston Texans – We have an expert analysis before that if the Houston Texans wants to start a good season they must win their season opener. Indeed fulfilling that unsolicited advice the Texans won in their game opener against the Colts, 34-24.

Indianapolis Colts is one of the prime nemesis of the Houston Texans and this game end years of frustration against Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts. The hero of the game, an undrafted running back by the name of Arian Foster.

Foster who spent days of practicing for this game opener and promised to himself to help the Texans win get his first taste of victory today. He ran for a team record 231 yards and scored three touchdowns. That feat is enough to lead the Texans to its first ever season opener victory against the defending AFC champion Colts on Sunday.

“Coming into the league, you don’t know what to expect, especially if you are not heralded and there’s not a lot of publicity,” Foster said. “You see guys like Andre Johnson and Matt Schaub and the way they carry themselves, and you try to mimic it and make your own personality. I feel privileged to be here.”

New York Jets vs. New England Patriots NFL Scores and Highlights – The New England Patriots was the experts pick for this game but surprisingly the New York Jets pulled out a win and left a trail of smoke for the Patriots. The Jets win their first victory at New Meadowlands Stadium and perhaps a good karma for apologizing to Ines Sainz.

The game ended 14-28 in favor of the New York Jets. Perhaps their first lost against the Baltimore Ravens, 10-9 was an eye opener on what they should be doing and how they should play football. Baltimore Ravens vs New York Jets NFL Scores and Highlights

Baltimore Ravens vs New York Jets NFL Match Scores, Results and Highlights – This is the closest game ever in the first week of the NFL 2010-2011 season. The debut of the New York Jets in their new home became a double whammy. First there was the harassment issue and now they lost to the Ravens, 10-9.

Baltimore Raven’s off season acquisition of Anguan Boldin paid well. Boldin toyed with New York’s vaunted secondary for 110 yards on seven catches Monday night. Baltimore Raven’s defense was also working superbly thus limiting the Jets to only 176 yards and nearly blanking the Jets on third downs; New York was 1 of 11 in that department.

The New Meadowlands Stadium was packed with Jets fans who chanted for their favorite team but throughout the game the Ravens sent a strong message that they are the better team. The fans of the Jets were really excited to see the revitalized team brought about by several additions to New York’s roster, plus the team’s no-holds-barred preseason television series.

In the end however, it was the Baltimore Ravens who emerged with their first win in the NFL 2010-2011 season.
