Finally, the White House has released an official copy of US President Barack Obama’s birth certificate on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 after a long clamor among the public that includes entrepreneur Donald Trump.

According to the long-form birth certificate, President Obama was born in Hawaii, which means he is eligible to be the president of United States, as some of his critics claimed that he is not. He was born as Barack Hussein Obama II at 7.24pm on August 4, 1961 at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Barack Obama’s birth certificate was signed by the delivery doctor Dr. David A. Sinclair, the local registrar, and his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, who was 18 years old that time. In addition, Obama’s birth certificate stated that his father is Barack Hussein Obama, an African, and was 25 years old when the young Obama was born.

As noted at the White House’ official website, President Obama believed the distraction over his birth certificate is not good for the country although it may be good politics and good TV. Apparently, Hawaii State Department of Health granted the request of White House to release the long form copy of Obama’s birth certificate upon the request of a lot of people.

Earlier reports said that potential presidential candidate Donald Trump is questioning why the president did not release this long-form copy of his birth certificate.

“He should have done it a long time ago. I am really honored to play such a big role in hopefully, hopefully getting rid of this issue,” Trump was quoted as saying, when he learned about the release of the long-form copy.

About three years ago, a short-form copy of Obama’s birth certificate was released online, as request from the public during the 2008 presidential campaign.

Aside from tycoon Donald Trump who made a comment upon the release of Obama’s Birth Certificate, Texas Tech football coach Tommy Tuberville also made comments of doubt saying:

“Well, we’ve got enough controversy going on in this country. I don’t know why he wouldn’t just step up and say, you know, ‘Here it is.’ Obviously there’s gotta be something on there that he doesn’t want anybody to see. I don’t understand it. You know, as a common American, I just don’t understand why we just go through this and I think it’s continued to divide the country. There’s got to be something on there that he doesn’t want anybody to see.”

The US President Obama had a great celebration of Thanksgiving but unfortunately wound up his upper lip while playing basketball. White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said the President received a dozen stitches after getting with an errant elbow during a Friday morning basketball game.

President Obama was playing game with White House aide Reggie Love and some unidentified family members at the Fort McNair military base in Washington. The elbow belongs to Rey Decerega who is working for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.

According to the White House aides, Decerega went up for a shot and turned into the President, who was playing defense and accidentally got hit in the mouth.

The White House Medical Unit administered 12 stitches to the president, which was done in the doctor’s office located on the ground floor of the White House. Obama was given a local anesthetic while receiving the stitches and the doctors used a smaller filament. That increases the number of stitches needed to patch up the tear, but it makes a tighter stitch so that the President’s scar on his lower lip should be smaller.

Indonesia Was Hailed By US President As Example For World – The US President Barack Obama has announced Indonesia as an example of how a developing nation can embrace democracy and diversity. He was speaking in Jakarta on a visit. Indonesia is the world’s largest Muslim nation.

President Obama was speaking at the University of Indonesia, before an audience of 6,000 people. He emphasized that the US was not at war with Islam despite the fact that some militants were still targeting innocent people across the world.

In his speech, he touched on the four years he spent in the country as a child and emphasized the importance of Indonesia’s example as a growing economy and a majority-Muslim that is largely tolerant of other religions.

Furthermore, he highlighted the role religion had played in Indonesia’s development, praising the country’s spirituality and rich diversity. He mentioned more work needed to be done to address the issues that have caused tensions for many years but appealed for unity to defeat violent extremists.

He added: “Instead, all of us must work together to defeat al-Qaeda and its affiliates, who have no claim to be leaders of any religion. But those who want to build must not cede ground to terrorists who seek to destroy. This is not a task for America alone.”

The president’s short trip has afforded him little leisure time, but before the university speech, the president and the first lady managed a visit to Jakarta’s Istiqlal mosque, the largest in South-East Asia.

New Delhi, India (CNN) — President Obama and family are on a crusade to improve relations with several Asian countries. The Obamas landed  in India, the first stop on their 10-day Asian tour, Saturday. During a news conference, Obama praised India and the nation’s father, Mahatma Gandhi.

“I am mindful that I might not be standing before you today, as president of the United States, had it not been for Gandhi and the message he shared and inspired with America and the world,” the president said in his address to the Indian Parliament Monday.

The 2009 Nobel Peace laureate lauded Gandhi and noted his influence on Martin Luther King and the non-violent resistance that typified the American civil rights movement.

The president also talked about America-India relations during a joint news conference with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The 44th president of America described the relationship between India and United States as “stronger, deeper and broader than ever.”

“India isn’t emerging. It has emerged,” the president said, noting that the rise in economic power will open more opportunities for cooperation between the nations. “We make some of the best products in the world and we want to sell them to a growing Indian market,” he added.

Obama, the first African-American president of the United States, also highlights the benefits India will get from the economic exchanges. The US-India economic  trades will also provide Indians the opportunity to build their businesses. He cited the solar technology  as an example for the potential to create jobs for both countries.

Obama made clear that resorting to protectionist measures should not be the option, noting the presence of a “growing trust” between the two largest democracies in the world, as they work to boost trade. “We shouldn’t be thinking of it as a one-way street,” he said.

Meanwhile, Singh also made sure that India is not in the business of stealing jobs from the United States of America. The broadening economic exchanges with India remains a threat to the American public as jobs are being outsourced. The 78 year old Prime Minister said likewise  that the economic ties between the countries is a win-win situation.

Singh also praised American technology, saying that his country should emulate the know-how in the civilian as well as military fields.

Obama unveiled the $10 billion worth of contracts for U.S. exports to India Saturday before heading to New Delhi on Monday. He arrived with first lady  Michelle Obama. It was their third and final day visit to India.

The visit was scheduled with a full day events itinerary, starting with a wreath-laying at a memorial for Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi and trailing off  with a state dinner with Indian President Pratibha Devisingh Pati.

Like any other state visits, Obama’s trip to India was met with some criticism. Several locals expressed doubt and skepticism, saying the visit is a subtle way to “brainwash” the government. Similarly, some Americans did not approve of the expanding trade relations between the two countries.

After India, Obama heads to Indonesia,  South Korea for the G-20 meeting, and Japan for the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) summit.

While the Obama family was vacationing over at Martha’s Vineyard, the President’s oval office at the White House was having a make-over with a decidedly New Yorker flavor.

Far from being a major overhaul, although the improvements were from top to bottom, the newly re-designed oval office now sports striped wallpaper from Amagansett in the Hamptons. Other additions are the President’s brown leather desk chair, custom-made couches, two table lamps with blue ceramic bases and a coffee table made of American walnut and mica. All these were crafted by New York Manufacturers.

The White House declined to disclose how much the renovations cost, but they did say the price tag was not paid with taxpayers’ money and was in line with the cost recent presidents have spent to add their personal touches to the room.  

Probably the most noticeable change in the made-over room’s look was the absence of the sunburst design rug commissioned by former First Lady Laura Bush. It has been replaced by a wheat, cream and blue oval rug with five historical quotations along the edge which were chosen by Obama. It also features the presidential seal and is said to be made of 25% recycled wool.

There have been issues lately with regards to President Obama’s Social Security Number. Two private investigators are currently working in progress to sorting out inconsistencies with the US President’s Social Security Number. Three main issues are being questioned by many lately:

For one thing, the Social Security number that was released from Connecticut wasn’t issued in Obama’s place of origin. Obama’s Social Security Number also appears to have been recycled. Investigation tells that the social security number has been issued to an individual born in 1890. Experts then assumed that Obama took a deceased citizens Social Security Number prior to 1986 . Investigators also find it weird that it was only at least two years after Obama’s first employment record that he had an issued Social Security Number.

While President Obama takes a beating about the said issues, Search Engine giant Google Inc. was said to be supporting a news blackout over President Obama’s strange Social Security number by diverting searches for news reports on the issue to unrelated stories about Elena Kagan, Oil, Tampa and the Federal Reserve. Well, if you readers are seeing this post, then the Google issue is definitely just for kicks.

Boys would always be boys. They are known to be cheaters and polygamous. They are not contented with just one woman. We have seen in the past several love affairs like that of Tiger Woods having several mistresses and the most recent one being that of Jesse James, Sandra Bullock’s husband. Both involved in the cheating scandal of illicit love affairs. While it is true that being polygamous can somehow increase the ‘machismo’ of a man, it does not result to a good end but a broken marriage.

The most powerful leader of all, US President Barack Obama is the latest person involved in this cheating scandal. News authority National Enquirer recently came up with a news about Obama’s illicit affair with a woman named Vera Baker.

Accordingly, Vera Baker is a previous finance director who served on Obama’s early campaign in 2004. The two met together at the Hotel George in Washington, DC. Based on the statement released by National Enquirer, a driver picked up the two at the airport while Obama was campaigning for funds. “About 10:30 PM, I drove them to the hotel and they went in together! My services for the evening were done – and there was no indication she was going to leave the hotel that night,” the driver continues.

This is the latest gossip about the respected President of the United States, Barack Obama. Obama was said to have cheated with Vera Baker who helped him during his senate election. These allegations were made by various press and media in the United States.

Anti–Obama organizations offered a reward of $1,000,000.00 USD for those who can give more information and evidence about the said allegation. Obama’s mistress, Vera Baker, is the person who helped Obama in his fund raising for his senatorial campaign in 6 years ago.

Though Vera denied the allegations, a limo driver says that he took Vera to a secret hotel where Obama was staying.

The driver did not disclose his name to the public but said that he took her from a friends home to the Hotel George where he says, “I think they spent the night together in one room”.

“I was waiting in the lobby while she changed her outfit”., the anonymous driver added.

He then urged an opinion “But to the best of my knowledge she did not have a room at the hotel and she was not staying there so I thought that it was a bit odd.”

The driver then said that he picked up President Obama from the airport and drove to various locations in which they campaigned for funds.

The anonymous source also confirmed that around 10:30 in the evening, he drove them to the hotel and they went in together.

This rumor is a little bit delicate.  Obama has been an icon of hope for Americans when he stepped on his office with promise.  We didn’t know he could be potentially an icon of infidelity like Tiger Woods.

We still are yet to really know the truth and confirm the allegations but as of now, the word is spreading like wild fire in the internet.

Vera Baker is supposedly a part of Obama’s team in 2004.  We are not sure if Obama’s wife knows about this affair or what not.

Obama was anxious to be seen paying close attention to the cleanup and containment of one of the worst oil spills in U.S. history.

No further details were disclosed about the timing or the exact location of the visit, the official said aboard Air Force One as the president landed in Detroit for a speech.

The underwater spill remained unstopped and impossible to measure, raising fears it could be pouring more oil into the Gulf than estimated. The Coast Guard estimates that at least 1.6 million gallons of oil have spilled since the April 20 explosion that killed 11 workers on an offshore rig. In the Exxon Valdez disaster, an oil tanker spilled 11 million gallons off Alaska’s shores in 1989.Threatening fish and shrimp breeding grounds and vulnerable wetlands teeming with wildlife,the leak, followed a rig explosion and sinking last week, has forced Obama to suspend politically sensitive plans to expand offshore oil drilling, unveiled last month partly to woo Republican support for climate legislation.

In his remarks Friday, Obama said he continues “to believe that domestic oil production is an important part of our overall strategy for energy security. But I’ve always said that it must be done responsibly for the safety of our workers and our environment.”
