Stock Market Today: Accenture Stocks Plummet to a Cent

February 1, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

Could it be just a computer glitch at the New York Stock Exchange? Accenture, one of the three big companies whose stocks fell sharply last Thursday night, had a display of $0.01 per share of stock during a computer trading mishap that went all the way affecting the Dow Jones Industrial Average fall.

At the close of the business day however, Accenture stock was already back up to $41.09. If stocks did fell greatly worth a cent, that would be a grade tradeoff to buyers of Accenture stocks that moment and sold the stocks at $41.08 more per share.
