Opera Browser Soon on iPhone

A lot of mobile users has been using Opera Mini in their phones to access internet. The company Opera is a web browser and internet suite which allows common Internet-related tasks such as displaying web sites, sending and receiving e-mail messages, managing contacts, chatting on IRC clients, downloading files via BitTorrent, and reading Web feeds. Opera is offered free of charge for personal computers and mobile phones. some mobile phone and pre installed with the browser already.

For iPhone users, Opera has been looking forward for its approval from the Apple Inc. to allow its collaboration. According to the company’s (Opera) spokesperson, web browser would be 6 times faster if Opera would be used as compared to iPhone’s browser Safari. The submission for approval is already weeks away.

There has been queries whether Apple will approve it or not because it would also mean competing to their own product. In the smartphone market, Opera currently is available on BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Android platforms. Opera Mini is huge on non-smartphone mobile phones, accounting for much of its more than 50 million monthly users worldwide, according to the company.
