NCAA Basketball Tournament Bracket Update 2010: Elite 8 Bracket Revealed
Millions of NCAA basketball fans are now thrilled as the basketball game nears to its final round. We are just two rounds away from the National Championship finals of the 2010 NCAA Men’s Division Basketball Tournament. As of the latest bracket update, the so-called “Elite 8″ basketball teams are finally revealed.
So who are these lucky 8 basketball teams who surpassed the challenge of beating other basketball teams in the court? Let’s start first with the Midwest Region. Joining the successful “Elite 8″ are basketball teams Michigan State and Tennessee. They will face each other in the regional finals round to be held on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at 2:20 pm Eastern Time.
Moving down to the left side of the bracket, in the West Region, basketball teams Butler University and Kansas State moves on to the “Elite 8″ defeating their previous basketball matches with Syracuse and Xavier University, respectively. They will face each other on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 4:30pm Eastern Time.
After the left side of the 2010 NCAA bracket, let’s now move on to the right side of it starting with the East Region. Kentucky and West Virginia successfully joined the “Elite 8″ beating Cornell University and Washington on their previous basketball tournament matches. The two basketball teams is scheduled for a face off on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 7pm Eastern Time.
Last but not the least, in the South region, Duke and Baylor joins the successful “Elite 8″ basketball team having won their previous basketball matches with Purdue University and St. Mary’s College, respectively.
