NCAA 2010 Basketball Tournament: Purdue vs Siena Final Score

It was a great game. The game between Purdue Boilmakers and Siena Saints has ended with the score of 72-64 in favor of Purdue. Jajuan Johnson has contributed much to the win of having 2 PF, 2 assists, 15 rebounds and 23 points all in all. The team would be facing either Utah St. or Texas A&M in which will be facing each other later at 4:45pm.

Purdue Boilmakers team have won more Big Ten Championships than any other conference school, with 27 conference banners, including a league-leading 21 for the men’s team. The men’s basketball team is also one of the best teams in the country and in 2010 they began their season 14-0 (a streak that ties the best start in school history. Purdue men’s basketball has an all-time winning record against all Big Ten schools.

Siena Saints on the other hand headed by their coach Fran McCaffrey will have the highest expectations in program history. The team has the seniors Edwin Ubiles, Ronald Moore and Alex Franklin. They appeared six times in the NCAA Tournaments (1989, 1999, 2002, 2008, 2009 and 2010). They were able to reach 2nd round last year.
