Another Egg Recall is out in the public again for Salmonella contamination. Safety regulators just found out another batch for them to worry about. Cal-Maine Foods is calling out 288,000 eggs for recall. They distributed this batch around the country but these batch has detected salmonella from the farm they purchased it on Ohio.
There are no illnesses from the salmonella contaminated eggs are reported so far. Just to be aware, the places where these list of eggs were shipped to retail and wholesale shops are in Illinois, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas, California, Iowa, Oklahoma and Missouri. These batches of eggs were backed in early October but the notification of the salmonella problem was only in November 5, 2010.
