Lindsay Lohan Goes Straight to Rehab

August 22, 2015 by · 1 Comment

After spending less than two weeks at the Lynwood Correctional Facility, actress Lindsay Lohan has been released, but despite pleas to be allowed to “spend time with her family”, she has been delivered straight to a rehabilitation facility.

According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Benjamin Grubb, Lindsay has been taken straight to a treatment facility, in accordance to Judge Marsha Revel’s order for Lohan to enter into a rehabilitation program within 24 hours after she gets released.

Days before she was set to be released, Lindsay, through her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, requested to be allowed to spend time with her family prior to signing up for the 90-day rehab program the judge sentenced her to.

Unfortunately for her, Judge Revel had already made up her mind as early as last month, saying, “I would like the transition to be sooner rather than later.”

Bravo Judge Revel! I think Lindsay has already received too much special treatment and consideration while in jail to merit a few more after her release. Actually, I think that is where her downward spiral started  — she was always getting her way every time.
