Lady Gaga to Create Outfits With Armani

Soon we might be seeing meat cut-outs made into tops and bottoms – but this time it will have the Armani label attached to it.
Lady Gaga, known for her outlandish “costumes”, has teamed up with Giorgio Armani to create a new line of outlandish costumes… err I mean clothes.
The Poker Face hitmaker’s quirky style sense has been displayed on several occasions and in numerous bizarre creations, including a dress made from meat cuts (probably the most famous Lady Gaga outfit so far considering the uproar it has elicited from various sectors) and a lobster hat. What the public is excited to see now is how Armani channels all this quirkiness into the stylish clothing Armani has long been known for.
According to Roberta Armani, niece of fashion legend Giorgio and manager of the firm’s VIP relations, “A huge company like Giorgio Armani has the duty to always be alert to trends and what appeals to young people. It helped to see how the world is through Lady Gaga, the way she uses Facebook and Twitter.”
She added, “It wouldn’t be possible to give Gaga a look from the collection because she wears pieces of art. It’s theatrical. Gaga is so avant-garde and he is so timeless that they meet.”
So let’s see how this all works out… will Lady Gaga outfits be toned down with stylish simplicity or will Armani’s designer clothes be taken less seriously (and that is putting it lightly).
