Kelly Osbourne’s Successful Weight Loss

British media personality, fashion designer, singer, actress and model Kelly Osboune revealed a sexy, slimmer her that is causing a commotion over the internet

Osbourne’ dramatic weight loss was only seven kilos. In an interview with In Touch magazine, she said she lost “over 15 pounds. I haven’t weighed myself in awhile, but I think I’m around 135 pounds. But to me, it’s not about the number. All these people worry, ‘Oh, I have to be under 100 pounds,’ but everyone has a different shape.”

She revealed her secret to her successful weightloss is being “more conscious of what I eat and what I don’t.” Her diet and weight loss secrets include:

Cutting back on soda
“Instead of having 10 sodas in a day, I’ll have one.” And instead of having potato chips, I’ll have rice cakes.

Ditching convenience food
“Get rid of your microwave! It’s the easiest thing to chuck some three-minute meal in. If you don’t have one, you’ll pick up something fresh.”

Positive frame of mind
“I find that when I get depressed, that’s when I gain it all back. But as soon as I start working and I’m productive and I feel good about myself, the weight just goes.”

These are simple guidelines but very difficult to sustain. OSbourne may have exaggerated about her 10-a-day soda habit, but even if she only drank four colas (12 ounce) a day and cut back to one she would have lost over 50 pounds in a year! Remember that “drink calories” don’t satisfy or curb your hunger so they have a nasty habit of going directly to your waist line.

  1. I am SO tired hearing about celebrities and near-celebrities and their miracle weight loss – with their person chefs, personal trainers, and unlimited budgets.
Weight loss can be so simple, when people don’t make it hard…:
Eat less, of higher quality foods.
    Get up and MOVE more.
Take supplements to get “over the hump” when needed.
Unfortunately, most supplements do one of 2 things:
    1. trick your body into thinking you’re full when you’re not. This is starvation.
    2. rev up your metabolism, and we’ve all read about how dangerous this can be.
A new set of supplements uses Leptin – the hormone your cells release to tell your brain “we’re full”.
Our modern lives – stress, poor eating, etc. – mess with our body chemistry, and sometimes those messages don’t get through.
Leptin supplements, like Mandura TRIM, help cut through the ‘clutter’ and make sure your brain knows when to stop eating. Naturally.
    Safe, effective, and Clinically Proven.
