Jennifer Hudson Weight Loss: What’s Her Secret? – A lot of people were amazed at Jennifer Hudson’s latest photo in InStyle Magazine’s Makeover of the Year where she was featured as the cover girl for the month of September. The former American Idol finalist just got slimmer and looked better with her new figure after giving birth to a baby boy last August.

After losing 60 pounds of weight, Jennifer Hudson was now down from size of 16 to size 6. What’s her secret? Hudson claimed that she just strictly followed the Weight Watchers diet program and worked out 5 days a week with her personal trainer Harley Pasternak.

In an interview with InStyle Magazine, Jennifer Hudson stated that she had already reached her target weight saying: “I don’t want to lose any more weight, and you’re never going to see me skinny. I think this is a good, natural size for me.”

With her new slim figure, a lot of her fans didn’t recognize her. In fact, she recalled that once she was in the airport, the girl working in the x-ray machine asked her: “Anybody ever tell you you look like Jennifer Hudson?” She answered: “I am”.
