Jane Lynch’s time has definitely come. Not only is she having the time of her career, so to speak, playing the malevolent Cheerios cheerleading squad coach Sue Sylvester on Glee, she is set to be immortalized in wax as well.
As if being a part of the primetime hit series Glee and getting nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Sue Sylvester are not enough, Jane Lynch will receive her very own wax figure at the Madame Tussauds wax museum in Hollywood.
The actress who also turned 50 last Wednesday, have already met with the wax museum’s officials and sculptors, who took measurements and photos to prepare her $300,000 figurine. A fine way to hit the big 5-0 I would say.
According to the museum’s reps, Lynch’s wax figure will be dressed as Sue Sylvester, in a track suit, and holding a bullhorn.
The wax replica is set to be unveiled on August 4.
