Earth Hour 2010: Respond to Climate Change through Energy Conservation

In this times of global climate change, we are called upon to act for energy conservation. This year 2010, various cities all over the world will be celebrating Earth Hour 2010 as we turn our lights off for 1 hour on Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 8:30pm to 9:30pm.

Various countries will participate in this year’s Earth Hour 2010 dubbed to the the largest gathering of participants which aims to surpass last year’s Earth Hour.

Lights in various iconic buidings and landmarks all over the world will be turned off that includes Eiffel Tower in Paris, Empire State Building in New York, Burj Dubai in UAE, Pyramids of Giza in Egypt, among others.

Sign Up now to Earth Hour and be a responsible citizen of the earth by switching your lights off on Saturday, March 27, 2010 for 1 hour from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Help save Mother Earth through energy conservation.

    Great post
    The climate science community, by and large, has concluded that humans have intervened in the system in a way that will lead to climate change. But that is their story.

    You can argue about how much effect the carbon in the atmosphere will have on the system and what we should do about it

    In this mean time it is really necessary. Because earth can’t take breath because of pollution. So we need to rethink for the new generation!!! Great!!!
