A lot of interesting people would be joining the ever famous American musical comedy-drama television series Glee which will be opening its second season on September 21. Fox has confirmed Monday that iCarly star Chord Overstreet would be hopping in.
With a name as Chord, then he surely deserves to be included. Accordingly, he would play the character named Sam. He is “a high-school athelete starts off as Finn’s (Cory Monteith) protégé but becomes his competition.” It can be competition in the field or maybe competition for Rachel’s (Lea Michele) affection. We’ll never know. Season 2 would surely be full of surprises.
Overtreet would also appear in ABC’s upcoming “No Ordinary Family and he has a role in the Kellan Lutz/Ashley Greene movie “Warrior.” No other casts has been confirmed yet aside from John Stamos, Emma Pilsbury, and Charice of the Philippines.
Surely a lot of Glee fans would see to it that they would be clearing up their schedules not only for the opening episode but for the entire season. The series has gained several awards already and worth mentioning is the prestigious 2010 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series—Musical or Comedy. It has gained 13.7 million viewers in its spring premier and no wonder it would tripled in the upcoming season.
Glee updates for new casts will be posted here so better stay tuned.
