Charlie Sheen’s Turn to Face the Judge

August 22, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

It was Charlie Sheen’s turn to face the judge on Monday for the domestic violence charges his wife, Brooke Mueller, charged him with when they were vacationing in Aspen, Colorado last Christmas.

It will be remembered Mueller called the police saying Sheen held a knife to her neck and threatened to kill her.

According to reports, Sheen told his wife, “You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I’ll kill you. Your mother’s money means nothing. I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won’t leave any trace.”

An Aspen police officer also wrote that he saw “red marks on the upper part of the front of her (Mueller’s) neck.”

Although Sheen has denied attacking his wife, he has admitted breaking her glasses, according to the police report.

Per Sheen, their argument began when Mueller became jealous that he “shared a song for his daughter, whom he fathered with another woman.” He then told the police he became angry when Mueller threatened to divorce him and fight for custody of their twin sons.

Aspen police charged Sheen, whose birth name is Carlos Irwin Estevez, with felony second-degree assault, felony menacing and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
