July 30th usually marks the day people celebrate National Cheesecake Day!  No word has been known on when the National Cheesecake Day started.  Who cares anyway, it’s one good excuse to party and celebrate!  Cheesecakes are loaded with calories and cholesterol but still a lot of people marks this cake as their favorite.  It is a very flexible cake too as you can add different ingredients that suits your taste.

For example, fruits are a very popular choice of toppings.  With this, you can enhance the design of the cake by putting Icing letters and decorations.  Some would prefer to add cookies on their cheesecake like Oreo cheesecake.
