One of South Africa’s prominent golfer, Gary Player said that all these things are fantastic. Even though his win could not change the current problems of the country nor the World Cup, achieving something this big is very heart warming.
Winning the British Open truly change the life of Oothuizen. He has a awesome performance by delivering a rock-solid four rounds and didn’t even gave the others a chance to get close.
He led the final 48 holes closing with a 1-under 71 that left him at 16-under 272 overall.
