Undefeated at 8-0 number 4 Boise Sate travels to the Kibbie Dome and face Idaho. Boise State is one of the to ranked teams which they will be facing this season. The other team that they have faced was number 23 Nevada and they lost during that game, 63-17. If Idaho can’t defeat Nevada which is at the bottom of the BCS ranking then will it be possible for them to defeat a top team like Boise State?
Boise State Broncos is looking forward to a perfect season at 12-0 and by looking at their next opponents in the coming weeks it seems that this will indeed be possible. The only real threat to a perfect season is their November 21 game against ranked Nevada but other than that they can win without hesitation.
The Broncos did dropped in the BCS rankings even with their last week’s 42-7 win against formidable Hawaii/ They racked in more than 700 yards of offense and made Hawaii look like a pathetic team. This time Boise State seems to be very confident since they will be facing an Idaho team which had been run over for more than 800 yards in its last game.
The Governor’s Cup championship is within reach of the Boise State Broncos. If they indeed win, it will be the 12th straight year of winning the Governor’s Cup. A victoruy hear will seal the trophy to them and other teams should be better prepared next season because the Broncos wll not allow anyone to take their trophy and championship from them. The game last week against Hawaii was in fact a school record of 732 total yards and it extends their longest winning streak to 22.
Seems like this game is all for the Boise State Broncos but let us not discount the fact that Idaho Vandals has the possibility of giving a major upset to the Broncos.
